AI in consulting: more time for the actual consulting
Consultants and other professional service providers sell knowledge and time. Yet a large share of that time goes into work that is hard to bill: research, proposals, minutes, slide decks. That is exactly where AI supports most reliably today. Firms that introduce AI for consultants properly win back time for what clients really pay for: analysis, judgement and implementation.
AI for consultants: where it really helps in a project
Before the kick-off you summarise the industry, competitors and client documents in one briefing. During the project, interviews become minutes and raw data becomes first analyses.
