You connect SharePoint and Drive directly as a knowledge base. Documents from other drives can be uploaded or stored in project folders. The AI then answers questions based on your documents and names the source. Roles define which department can access which content.

What happens to engineering and customer data?

It stays protected: hosting in Frankfurt, ISO 27001 certification, a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR and no training of AI models with your data. You set retention periods individually. Non-disclosure agreements with customers should be checked case by case.

What does the EU AI Act require from us?
