You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure they get the full potential out of innoGPT. As Customer Success Manager you are the bridge between our customers and our product — guiding them from onboarding through long-term partnership.
Your responsibilities
- Onboarding and implementation of new customers — from initial setup to productive use
- Ongoing customer support and building long-term, trusted relationships
- Driving product adoption and demonstrating measurable value
- Running training sessions, workshops and user/admin onboardings
- Collecting customer feedback and channelling it to the product team
- Managing renewals and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
What you bring
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, ideally in SaaS
- Strong communication skills and technical product understanding
- Structured, reliable work style with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Empathetic, patient approach and genuine interest in customer success
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Nice to have
Bonus points if you also bring:
- Experience with AI tools or technical B2B products
- Knowledge of change management and team training
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom, HubSpot or Gainsight
- Analytical thinking and basic data analysis skills
- Understanding of GDPR requirements and enterprise compliance
