You build features for innoGPT — Germany's leading enterprise AI platform. You work directly on AI model integrations, scalable APIs and mission-critical services used by thousands of users every day.
Your responsibilities
- Building features for innoGPT and InnoChat, integrating leading AI models (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini etc.)
- Designing and implementing scalable REST and WebSocket APIs and microservices
- Ensuring stability and performance under high load
- Working with LLM APIs and prompt engineering to optimise response quality and token usage
- Implementing GDPR-compliant solutions and encryption mechanisms
- Collaborating closely with the product team and contributing technical ideas
What you bring
- Experience in backend development (Node.js, Python, Go or similar)
- Solid knowledge of modern frameworks and databases (SQL & NoSQL)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architectures
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Clean code principles and test-driven development
Nice to have
Bonus points if you also bring:
- Experience with AI/ML and LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
- Frontend skills (React, Vue.js or similar)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time applications
- Understanding of GDPR and privacy-by-design
